Hands down, Byanka is the best realtor out there! She has not only been amazing once but twice! She helped rent out our ADU unit twice and both times she was extremely patient and didn’t rush the process. She waited until we found a person that fit in with our family both times. If you’re looking for someone that will really listen to what you want when looking to rent/ buy a home she is the one! Will 100 percent be using her in the future.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Byanka Rosales for our home in a highly favorable area and she did an amazing job! She really did her homework, was extremely patient with the sellers and us since it was a lot of back and forth on the price, and in the end we came out positive with some equity. She’s really the sweetest and knows how to fight for her clients. She’s a hard worker, extremely intelligent, quick to respond and attentive. She’ll make you feel like your wants/needs are her top priority! I’m just so glad we met her at an open house because we could not have gotten our home without her help! If you decide to work with Byanka, you won’t regret it one bit! If anything, you’ll be sending your loved ones her way! We for sure will be going back to her in future 😊
